Hello,

Recently setup kerio operator with Orbtalk in the UK.

I have used them in the past with their premium trunk service and all working fine. They have a new sip gateway now and it seems to be more tempremental.

Current issue I am having is every so often, like once per week (but can be anytime) we are blocked by Orbtalk for too many failed registration attempts.

As a test I also configured a sip trunk from Orbtalk on their old gateway and they remains active.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks,

David

I see this in our logs:

Hi David,

Operator will register to the provider approx. 30 seconds before the registration expires. Operator will also re-register after every configuration change.

I can't help you without having some debug data. It would also help if you contacted orbtalk for their opinion.

Can I please ask you to contact our support team to analyze the issue?

They will require you to:
1. Enable debug logs: Asterisk and Asterisk(detailed)
2. Start packet sniffer limited to port 5060
3. Capture the issue, wait until it happens. Leave it running for at least 10 minutes.
4. Create a support info (link at the bottom of the System Health screen)
5. Send an exported debug log, packet sniffer, and the support info files back to us.

Best,
Filip
