Hi,

The Evoko Room Manager (ERM - http://www.evoko.se) seemed to be a great tool to help control our meeting rooms, but, sadly, it doesn't seem to work well with Kerio Connect's EWS protocol. The ERM is a Windows device, and it supports Exchange EWS for 2007, 2010 and 2013.

When trying to run the ERM with Kerio, a lot of these messages are logged:
Quote:
[07/Dec/2015 08:58:03] EwsOperation.cpp: EWS request FindItem: error occurred; code 339, description: Only BaseShape with no additional properties is supported, auth user: <the admin user>

The result is that ERM will connect to Kerio Connect, but will not show any meetings on screen. If I try to book a meeting with the ERM, the meeting is actually created in the calendar, but still not shown on the screen.

Anyone tried to use this or have an idea of how to proceed? I have contacted Evoko, but I rather doubt they will make a special "Kerio Connect" protocol... We are trying to dangle a sack of money in front of them, so you never know, though... Smile

The Evoko Room Manager is not supported EWS client. Please contact our official support, if the problem affects a significant number of users, we could make some changes to our implementation.

Any update on this subject? We want to use the Evoko for several clients with Kerio Connect.

Kerio doesn't seem to prioritise such integration, and Evoko will not do anything, either. So basically, Kerio is not (fully) Exchange compatible, and will probably not ever be.

Our organisation has decided to move to Office 365 instead. This, of course, involves a lot of migration and other sorrows, but at least we can integrate Exchange 365 with Evoko Meeting Manager, telephone systems and other nice-to-have commodities in a modern office environment. Also, the IT department can blame others for the mail server not working... Razz

So far we've got only one request for integration with Evoko device. For adding a support for this device we need to know details about what EWS requests and attributes it uses. This can be done only by getting documentation from vendor, gathering network packet dumps and logs or by buying this quite expensive device for testing purpose.
If you can help us with anything from this list it would be very welcomed.

We are also looking for a solution like this. Not for Evoko, but for "Room Display 5" (see Google Play store).

Same problem there: Exchange EWS of our Kerio Connect could not be used with "Room Display". Everytime only error messages... Sad

I'm also looking for a way to use Evoko Room Manager with Kerio.
I've got for now two companies, each ordered 15+ Evoko devices.
It would be great if Kerio would support those devices.
They don't want to migrate to O365 but if that's the only way they gonna try it.
