Hi everyone,

Yesterday i tried to get a diagnostic tool from our kerio operator,
i had 2 usb sticks with me, 4GB and 8GB, i used windows and a mac to set the Diagnostic tool image on the usb drives.
but sadly in every attempt the kerio booted as it always does,
did not get a singel log on the usb drives,

how can i check if the usb drives are made propperly?
or what are the steps i should follow if this is the case.
can i start or force the diagnostictool from telnet?

Can you test the USB stick in another machine to verify that the stick is bootable?

just did, and the computer starts from the usb.
did select it in the boot options though,
could it be that the kerio does not have the usb setup as first boot device?

The boxes should boot from the USB unless there is some other problem.

What is your model number? Why do you need to run the diagnostics?

for a followup on the following case they want me to create a log with the diagnostic tool.

ive had contact with filip, who redirected me to the technical support,
the result of those converstations is that it seems to be a hardware fault, but our dealer wants to have a diagnostic log first.

the product is a Kerio Operator Box 3230

The diagnostic tool should boot with 3230 normally unless someone changed the factory boot order. If it does not boot, the HW is very likely not healthy.
