We upgraded to V9 of KC last night, i had envisaged it would have been our PC systems that would cause me grief with the update of KOC but it was all of our mac's with make up 80% of our estate.

we had to go around 60+ systems and manually change the account setting to match that of the included picture Mad , where we had SSL enabled before we are no longer able to otherwise the users account would go offline.

I just need some guidance on how best and safest to configure the Mac mail clients please, the PC were all fine though Laughing

Any help or pointers apprecaited

What Kerio Connect version did you upgrade from?
What OS X version do you use on clients? It is possible that the client does not meet standards for higher TLS encryption used in Kerio Connect 9 (TLS 1.1 and 1.2).

Hi Pavel, it was upgraded from KC 8.5.2

we have various versions of OSX running from 10.6 - 10.11 but all were affected when we did the upgrade.

Does this mean that TLS v1.0 is now disabled by default for all protocols?
