Running Kerio Connect 8.2, Server on a Windows 2008 Server R2, workstation is running Windows 10, using Kerio Offline Connector to run mail services to Outlook 2016.

When fire up Outlook, and randomly thereafter, get the following error message:
"The operating system is not presently configured to run this application."

No other information about error.

snapshot of error is attached.

Not sure if causing problems. The syncing between Kerio and Outlook has been problematic at best over the last 4 months. Have had to re-build local cache for just about every user at least twice.

Support for Outlook 2016 has been added in Kerio Connect 8.5.3. So I recommend updating server to this version. It will automatically upgrade also Kerio Outlook Connector client.

I'm sorry, misstated my version.

Our current version:

Current Version and Build
Kerio Control:
8.6.2 build 3847

Still getting the error.

You need update Kerio Connect to get supported version of KOFF, not Kerio Control.
