OS X 10.6 server.
Kerio 8.4.1 (3789)

We have discovered the following behavior from Kerio mail server, and are wondering if its normal?

Lets say our domain is Greatdomain.com.
If you create a mailing list and add yourself Charlie<_at_>greatdomain.com to both the Moderators and Members tab, when you email that mailing list you also get a copy of the email you sent.

Now, if you add your Gmail account to the same mailing list, moderators and members tab, and then email the mailing list from your Charlie<_at_>gmail.com account, you will NOT get a copy of the email you sent.

Can someone duplicate this?
Can someone explain why Kerio does this?
Can someone explain if we can adjust this feature for various users?

Thanks for your time,

It's possible that GMail is considering that message to be a spoofed email. You are sending from your Gmail as you, then getting a message back from yourself again (that does not actually come from GMail, but rather from Kerio Connect).

On the "Posting" tab of the Mailing List settings, what happens if you try your experiment with the Reply-To: set to "This list"? (I assume that this is currently set to "sender")
