specifically when users get a message like:

An error occurred while synchronizing the DELIVERY FAILURE: Delivery time expired message to the server.
Kerio Outlook Connector hasn't been able to send this message or synchronize it with the Kerio Connect server.
Please contact your system administrator.

the "details to administrator" section says "Error: 0x80004005 E_FAILMessage" with some message specific info, but nothing saying what caused the failure.

so far it seems to be only these delivery failure messages, but not every time. what about them could prevent them from going to deleted items? or is there something else I should be looking at?
