Two years ago i wrote an application using the cdav-connector found here:
https://github.com/Kerio/cdav-connector

The application is able to create new contacts and tasks, changing them and reading them.
Since there have been a lot of updates for KerioConnect, the application does not work reliable any more.

Is there a Client API i could use to redo the communication with the server?
All i could find was KerioControl which is basically exactly what i need. Except it is only for server administration. Is there something similar for the WebMail Clients?

And is there an interface description i could look into to write my own classes?

Thanks in advance!

KerioControl is the firewall product.

there is an api, though I don't know if it has all the features you want. http://www.kerio.com/learn-community/developer-zone
