They can change the audio message from a phone if it's a voicemail greeting. Instructions for setting up the voicemail extension and accessing voicemail are in this KB http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-operator/server-configurat ion-kerio-operator/configuring-voicemail-907.html

You don't have to come to the office. You can change the greeting using any registered phone (which can be provisioned remotely) or you can set up an auto-attendant that let's users reach the voicemail system remotely from a cell phone. For example, dialing 8 will forward to the voicemail extension.

Auto-attendant greeting changes require use of the web-admin UI. End-user voicemail greetings do not have this requirement.

If you want to be able to do EVERYTHING from a phone handset, then using a voicemail greeting on a dummy-user account is your best bet. That dummy-user extension with recorded greeting should be the destination of your auto-attendant script. You can skip any ringing and go straight to the greeting by putting a '7' in front of the extension (that's the default value assuming you haven't changed/disabled this).

If you don't mind using the web-admin UI in conjunction with a handset, then you may use the handset to record a greeting. That greeting is put in the audio library. You'll then need to modify your auto-attendant script to play your newly recorded greeting from the audio library.
