I have noticed this too. Full backups are taking about 2-3 hours longer than they were prior to Kerio Connect 9. It hasn't been a problem since I run the backups at 1am on Sunday mornings. This is the only onsite server that I manage. It's a Mac. The Kerio mail store and backup drives are Thunderbolt, so there should be no I/O speed issues. The mail store is about 700GB in size.
