A user shares his "contacts" folder with me.
The user also shares the "mechanical" contacts list with me
He also shares a "suppliers" contact list with me.

in the "settings" on the web interface, I can go to the "folders to sync"
and here I can only select the "contacts" to the CalDAV/CardDAV but not
the custom made folder the user added and shared with me. These shared folders
I can not select to be shared over CalDAV/CardDAV

What am I doing wrong?

Edit:
To point out one thing. I can share all these additional contact lists through web EAS, but web EAS doesn't work on windows phones, MS only supports EAS on their phones. Shared EAS entries thus only works on non-Windows systems. In Apple and Android of course you have no problem and simply select web EAS.

So, I really ned Carddav and Caldav to work with shared stuff

Edit2:
with web EAS I mean EWS of course which isn't supported by Microsoft on Microsoft devices.

Unfortunately, neither CalDAV nor CardDAV support folder hierarchy. Therefore it can see only folders on one "root" level. No subfolders.
