Is there any way to change the from address that Kerio Connect backup reports are sent from. At the moment this tends to be admin or postmaster @FQDN of the server which in most cases is not an email address and the FQDN is usally something like mail.server.com so you end up with an email address that is something like postmaster<_at_>mail.server.com.

The main reason for this is that our ticket system at moment does not have the facility to not auto respond to specific emails by setting filters so we are getting a lot of tickets generated for backups successful or otherwise and then duplicates for notification of delivery failure.

There is not a way to change the email address that is used for the backup alerts. You will need to list this as a feature request:
