I'm on a 64 bit Windows 10 machine using Outlook 2013 with Kerio connector.

From what I remember this problem started the last time Microsoft Outlook had an update, which was around the beginning of November. My calendar no longer is synchronizing messages and the following message comes up. Yesterday I uninstalled Kerio and re-installed it and that didn't work. Am I missing a simple switch that isn't turned on? Can someone help? Thanks so much!

Kerio Outlook Connector hasn't been able to deliver the message

We are sorry, but an error occurred while synchronizing the Calendar/000002c8 message from the server to your Outlook account. This is usually caused by an error in the message, but there may be a bug in the product too.
The original message can be found in the Failed Message.eml attachment and you may succeed in opening it. You can also use Kerio WebMail to access the message.

Unfortunately there is not simple switch. Are more machines affected, or just this one?

There are 3 windows machines in our office, all others are Macs. Of the 3, mine is the only one affected. We are a small office with 15 people and no IT person, so any help of what to check/do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I am receiving e-mail unless it has a calendar attachment in which case I get the error. Because I have 3 other associates calendars linked into Outlook, I have a total of 485 "unable to synchronize messages" currently.

I suppose you had tried to reinstall MS Office. Maybe try to create a new Windows account and try to use Outlook from this account.

I recommend you to contact Kerio Support, they will help you to gather all information necessary to identify the bug you suffer from.
