Hallo,

Hi,

I guess you would like to customize the voice prompt set. Operator is using the Asterisk sound archive format (http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/sounds/). If you already have an archive, just upload it using the instructions from http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-operator/server-configurat ion-kerio-operator/customization-of-voice-sets-499.html

If you want to create your own set, the simplest method is to start with an existing archive, unpack it, and replace individual files. Preferably use WAV format, 16-bit signed samples, 8000 samples per second, or use Asterisk's native SLN audio format.

Once you are done with all the files, re-create the archive and upload it to Operator.

Some free German sets are at http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+sound+files+inte rnational#German or https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/applications/quantal/asterisk-pr ompt-de/

Operator's native German set can be found on the filesystem at /usr/share/asterisk/sounds/de_DE/

Hope this helps
Vladimir
