We are having trouble with routing outgoing calls through multiple SIP Trunks in Kerio Operator.

Operator provides 50 different external DID's through 50 independent SIP Trunks, which should be mapped to individual 50 internal extensions both for incoming and outgoing calls.

For incoming calls everything is working as intended.
However, for outgoing calls with a standard outgoing prefix of "0", only the first SIP Trunk in the list is chosen.

I am interested if it is possible to map individual internal extension to a specific SIP Trunk for outbound calls. So that we get the following scenario:
- all outgoing calls with prefix 0 from extension 100 go through SIP Trunk 100.
- all outgoing calls with prefix 0 from extension 110 go through SIP Trunk 110.
and so on for the other 48.

Make sure you are selecting the option "Use route only for numbers defined in exceptions". Then in the exceptions tab you will define only the extension that should use the particular outgoing route.

As I cannot find the Exception field in Outbound Route window... :/

You need to upgrade. This feature was added in 2015. Your software appears to date back to 2012.
