Hey Guys,

Just wanted to thank you for the awesome Kerio Operator product.

We just did a roll out of 30 snom D725 phones & a couple of Snom MeetingPoints and it has worked very nicely. We're using a Kerio Operator Hardware Box.

- The team in Australia did a great job getting us the box organised for the next day (previous phone system died just before Christmas!)
- The auto provisioning system saved us probably at least ~10hrs worth of manual setup
- The firmware upgrade is a great feature. We needed to upgrade the firmware on the Snoms to support the D7 expansion boards and it worked very well.
- The resync phone option is another great feature and works well.
- The new outbound routes with 2.4 is very very important/useful and is good to see.
- The general ease of use on the interface is great. We've used FreePBX, Yeastar and various other devices in the past and this is a lot better.

The only suggestion I have at this stage is to make uploading on-hold music easier. Our client is non-technical but they wish to update the on-hold music often (they are an Orchestra). Previously they had an iPod Touch connected to the audio input on their old PBX, they just replaced the music via iTunes, at this stage I don't think there is something this easy to do on Kerio.

Thanks again, nice work! Keep up the updates. I've just seen 2.4.5 and am upgrading our office PBX now Very Happy

EDIT: Oh one other suggestion, it would be great to configure the snom hardware buttons via Kerio Operator. I believe we can currently do this via a manual configuration template file (which is much much better than manually doing it) but it would still be great to have an easy to use interface for this.
