Kerio connect Version7.2.3 patch 1 build 5179
OS Windows Server 2008r2

Issue When trying to specify a location for the backup I can only set the backup location to a local folder on the server. As soon as I try and enter a UNC name I get an error.

Highlighted field is incorrect

This is true even if I try and use a UNC path to a share on the local server.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Regards

David

For Windows you also need to set the user & password to be used to authenticate to the UNC resource. As I recall, there's a button...

Thanks for your response, I have set the username and password to a domain account with admin rights.
