Hi everyone, im pretty new here.

I have a little issue, namely that i have deleted a user account but i kept all folders. I now would have to recover this account. The Folders and files are all still in place, Is this possible somehow?
I tried just creating the account again and copying the inbox over but that doesn't seem to work.

thanks a lot in advance.

In the past we have just recreated the account with the files in place and it worked, username has to be exactly the same of course.

If you moved the files I would try just reindexing the user, may do it for you.

Your welcome, we have come to the point we run a reindex as first step in a lot of troubleshooting with missing items or even whole mailboxes.

You could edit the original title if you want to say SOLVED in front or after it, but your not required to. A + Karma vote is always appreciated though. Wink
