Hi

I have set up a quota limit for all users and I want to customise the warning email that gets sent to them when they reach 90% of their mailbox limit.

Is this possible? If so how do I do it?

Kerio team, any info on this?

We have a chronic problem of users freaking out and beginning to mass-delete messages in their mail client (Apple Mail, in most cases) when they receive a quota warning. This causes massive performance problems on the server and often results in the mail client copying the deleted messages multiple times into the trash folder as it times out and retries. We'd like to remind them to use the web client to do their cleanout.

The templates are placed in folder kerio/mailserver/reports/
Do not forget update text in all required languages and backup your customized files! The changes will be lost on next upgrade, you must copy customized files back after each upgrade.

Try also set the reasonable clean-out policy and delete old messages automatically for entire domain and/or per-user. http://kb.kerio.com/1179#sect-cleanout

Thank you. We'll begin with editing the message. Would you please log as a feature request to make this configurable in KC Admin? It would be nice not to have to restore customizations with every update.

We do use clean-out policies on junk and trash folders, but not for others at this time.

This would be super nice to have. Unfortunately many of the messages from 'mailserver' are not perfectly-worded and our users interpret them as spam, not as valid messages from our email system. We'd love to be able to customize them, including adding our own 'signature' universally.
