We have a customer, who has some troubles with call transfer.
When receiving 2 different calls, and user transfer to other user, it will happen that the other user did not get the correct line.
Otherwise sometimes 2 customers are transferred together.
Any Idea or sollution ?

Ah ... this happened to me last year, but with call parking. Kerio fixed it really quickly; but I overheard this happening via call transfers recently as well.

I havent been able to reproduce it yet though.

we would need a bit more information in order to tell what's wrong. Currently, we don't know about any issues related to call transfers. As Nicholas already mentioned, call parking could be a bit tricky as one could park someone to an already occupied position and thus bridge the two foreign callers.

Anyway, I would recommend you to contact our support team and provide them with the debug data that they will ask for. Of coarse, you need to be able to reproduce the issue or at least have both asterisk debug logs.
