Unable to delete delegated calendar after renaming

1 User AGENCY has calender TRAVEL
1b User AGENCY delegates mail and calendar to user OFFICE
1c Calendar TRAVEL showns up in Apples Calender.app of user OFFICE

2 User AGENCY renames calender TRAVEL into TRAVEL_NEW
2b Calendar TRAVEL_NEW showns up in [Apples Calender.app and in] the kerio web client of user OFFICE as a second calender. We have now TRAVEL and TRAVEL_NEW.

3 User AGENCY deletes calender TRAVEL_NEW. (Has no more calendar.)
3b Calendar TRAVEL disappears in user OFFICEs accout, while TRAVEL_NEW is still there.

4 We can not delete TRAVEL_NEW in the user account OFFICE, for it is a delegated calendar of AGENCY.
And can not delete TRAVEL_NEW in the user account AGENCY, for it has no calendar TRAVEL_NEW.

Who can help?
