Hi, we use serveral inboxes for our departments.

When one is not staffed the other one will send emails on its behalf. That works fine with Mailbox delegation. However the mail that was sent on behalf the delegated Mailbox gets stored in the Sent mail folder who had received the delegation.
Now the original Mailbox owner does not know what was sent on his behalf. Is there a way to store Sent mails in the Sent mail folder of the original mailbox?

we are using outlook 2016 and 2013.
