Hi

We have setup a resource which is shared with everyone and there are 2 calendars that have been share with everyone.

The 2 calendars and resource are all visible when we log into webmail.
When we set up accounts on our mac desktops and macbook pros there are some which are not showing 1 of the shared calendars and the resource.

Is there a reason this would happen? Is there some way to get all shared calendars and resources to show?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you gone into the Folders to Sync section of Settings in webmail? There, you can use the CalDAV/CardDAV section to make these calendars load. Simply select these calendars, then click Save. The Mac calendar will show these calendars when it refreshes, or you can use Command R to make the calendar app refresh manually.

I created this video while working part time with GetSync'd last year before they were acquired by Kerio. It shows how to share calendars using webmail, Apple Calendar, Outlook for Mac, and Outlook for Windows.
