Some time ago this started to happen to our customer. Someone send a mail to his server at 09:15:32 and the mail is received at 14:50:32
I have no idea why this could happen

Received-Header shows that it was passed from outlook.com to the Kerio-Server at 14:50. You can either ask at outlook.com, or check if there were network problems on your side during that time.

We have had the same problem for a couple years. It is very periodic in my experience, but seems to happen in waves. I pursued it with outlook.com, who in the end truly just didn't care.

In my instances, in exploring the header information, I saw it was MS servers passing to other MS server where the delay was introduced.

Are you running greylisting on your Kerio Connect server? That will cause a delay if the sender is from a new IP address. It's likely that outlook.com is sending from several different IPs.

This sounds plausible, should greylisting show in the logs?

It should. I have actually never went looking for it. We use a spam filtering service so we have this turned off on all of our Kerio Connect servers. There is an option in the Debug log for the greylisting service.
