Hi everyone,

We are having trouble receiving and attachment (we are on ver 8.5.2).
The mail arrives to the sender with the following appended to the bottom of the message:

Kerio Control email scanner was unable to check the following file
(i.e. corrupted/encrypted zip archive):
Name: d13.docx
Content type: application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessing ml.document
The file was removed.

My settings in AV (Screen shot attached) say that if the message cannot be scanned to deliver it with a warning, but this is not happening. Is there something I'm missing.
The attachment filter usually sends files that fails through to admin, but I think this is a different situation. I also can't see any way to whitelist the sender or the senders domain.

Any help/ideas appreciated.

OK, I see the confusion here. You posted the settings from Kerio Connect, but the email attachment was removed by Kerio Control (and it's SMTP AV scanning).

Check the setting on your Kerio Control - http://kb.kerio.com/1386

Thanks Peter - Yep, that's fixed it. Kerio Control now set to all them to go through.
