We have 24/7 available number and a couple of agents available for answering the calls.
I want something like this to work:

1. Person calls the 24/7 number
2. next agent is called, if it picks up the phone it gets a message saying he has to press "1" to accept the call
3. If the agent presses 1 it transfers, if not i goes to step 2 calling the next agent until 1 agent accepts with "1"

I want to to this because when 1 agent goes to voicemail it cant go to the next agent also a timeout is not a workaround.
I came up with this code, but how can i use it with Kerio Operator? Thanks!

exten = s,1,Set(MACRO_RESULT=BUSY) ; By default assume things went wrong
exten = s,n,Verbose(0,Allowing the remote party to acknowlegde the call)
exten = s,n,Background(press_one_for_message_10s,,,macro-ackcall)
exten = s,n,Verbose(Call was not acked)
exten = _X!,1,Set(MACRO_RESULT=)

Calls from call queues do not go to the voicemail by default so you do not need to be afraid of the voicemail "stealing" calls.
