I today updated Kerio Connect to version 9.0.2 (749) on the server (Windows Server 2003 32 bit), and also the KOC to 9.0.2 (749). On the server everything is fine, the webmail is working like a charm.

Since this update, our Outlook 2007 is not working any more, it opens but then hangs up and crashes. It is the same on all Windows 7 (32 bit) computers here at our company, I tried to uninstall KOC and reinstall it, but nothing works. Can anyone help us?

We have just had the same issue. We updated from version 8.5.0 to 9.0.2. Server software updated ok, webmail working fine. Phones and PC's running Outlook 2016 with Activesync setup no issues, but outlook 2007 using Kerio connector and offline connector just didn't want to work.

We use PC's with Windows 10, 8.1, and 7. There appeared to be no common problem. In the end we had to recreate profiles on some machines, a manual update of the connector on others seemed to work when ran as Administrator.

The other thing is we have noticed a massive delay in Outlook 2007 opening using the new 9.0.2 version compared to 8.5.0.

Also is there any reindexing undertaken when opening outlook for the first time after the upgrade. Mailboxes appear to take for ever to load along with the wonderful not responding message.

Hopefully some other users have had similar issues that can comment.
