Hi all,

since 24th february we have the problem, that all employees cannot start outlook 2013 on their clients (Win7). Webmail works fine, but it's only a workaround and not a solution of course.

- I tried to clear the local cache and sometimes it workes afterwards. But not on all machines or not for a long time.
- The i restarted the Kerio Connect Server. The Kerio service, not the Win2k12 server.
- Today we upgraded to Kerio Connect 9.0.2 (server and client) but the problem persists.

The debug.log on the client contains following information (before the upgrade to 9.0.2):

Sounds similar to http://forums.kerio.com/mv/msg/30707/128179/#msg_128179 which appears to be affecting Win7. In their case though, Outlook 2007.

What server OS is Kerio Connect installed on? A call to Tech Support may expedite an answer/solution. The published server requirements state:

OPERATING SYSTEM
Windows
64-bit versions:
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2

Hello,
Kerio Connect is installed on MS Win2k12 R2 Essentials and works fine for a few weeks.
Btw: We licencensed Kerio Connect on 17th February. Exactly one week before the trouble began.
