I need to make a fsck of /var partition on kerio operation because I have somes read error on the kernel logs :
[29/Feb/2016 12:46:40] kernel:[173315.040024] EXT4-fs (sda4): error count since last fsck: 5366
[29/Feb/2016 12:46:40] kernel:[173315.040032] EXT4-fs (sda4): initial error at time 1450598593: ext4_get_branch:169: inode 266121: block 33619980
[29/Feb/2016 12:46:40] kernel:[173315.040035] EXT4-fs (sda4): last error at time 1456617602: ext4_mb_generate_buddy:757

What is the best method to realise that ?

I'm afraid that there is currently no tool for that. You have two options:
1. boot any live linux distribution and run fsck from there,
2. or make a backup, factory reset or reinstall Operator and restore the backup.

We will consider adding some automatic file system check in the future.

Thank you,
