Hello,

I've noticed a Local IP popping up regularly in Kerio Control, and I'm wondering if someone can help me with it.

The local address 192.168.0.79 is appearing in the log a few times each day, usually for less than 20 minutes. The address is not provided by DHCP on my system.

I get no reply from a ping to that address and it doesn't appear to have any sort of web interface.
I've checked all the other Kerio Control logs and it doesn't appear anywhere else, just in hosts.

I'm also curious as to why every address on the local LAN that registers on Kerio Control also has an associated MAC address, but this one doesn't.

Any ideas as to how I can identify this device?

Thanks for any help

its not phantom, it happens in my network also, the reason is that somebody attach his/her pc in our network via switch or hub, although its IP does not belong to our network it will still appear in logs etc
