Hi there,

It is not obvious from the user guide or control panel as to whether there is a settling we have missed, that when incoming calls have been picked up by any of the extensions, it will recognise it as a valid answered call. As for every call we receive, a message is displayed and notification sent to suggest we have missed a call.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanking you in advance.

Hi,

are you talking about regular extension to extension calls? There should be no missed call notifications as long as you answer the call or as long as your ringing rules are not set to hangup and dial the same extension again.

If you are referring to ring groups calls, call queues, or are using the call pickup feature, then in these cases, there will be a missed call recorded by the phone.

Best,
Filip
