Hello, I know this question was already asked in the past, but I can´t found a proper answer, because it was not clearly answered or it was related to very old version of Kerio Connect (Mailserver).

We are running Kerio Connect with multiple independent domains on it. Users in the domains are working only inside them (like in a different sandboxes) - all like it was designed for. But now I have one user, that want to be a full featured member in two domains. He is involved in two, otherwise independent, businesses and he needs to be able to receive and send emails from both domains, be part of domain groups and have access to domain resources and shared items. So the alias in one domain to his account in another domain isn´t an option. How should I configure this task without forcing him to use two accounts? Having two accounts is not very user friendly, moreover it has its impact on licensing (for now it is one user, but in case of more users or more domains, licensing could start to play its role).

Thanks for any help

The issue you face is that you want him to be full featured in each domain and the only way to truly get that is to have a unique account in each domain.

You don't specify what client applications he is using, but in Apple Mail, Calendar & Contacts, managing multiple accounts isn't difficult.

And, yes, while each account does use a license slot, that's a cost of doing business and should be able to be expensed off the bottom line.

Cheers,
Jon
