Will Kerio ever offer a proper "gatekeeper" feature to allow users to book a conference rooms (resource) and have that action send a message to an administrator(s) group which allows the administrator (gatekeeper) to allow, re-schedule or deny the resource? Using delegation doe snot work and using resources just automatically "accepts" a resource.

Have even tried to trick the system and add a forward to an admin for a room resource. This does not work, plus it burns yet another license seat.

For us this is becoming a huge problem, Exchange does this flawlessly and so it is often the reference in a discussion.

EventBoard.com and Yayrooms are great standalone add-ons.. but this is something that should be part of Kerio and not a bolt-on Frankenstein action.

A "dirty" work around on this issue is the make the conference room a real email account... not a room resource.

Then simply have the assigned person monitor that account and reject or accept meeting invites.

Not super elegant - but works.
