Hi forum,

only 1 of my customers with Kerio Connect 9.0.2 on debian linux, behind a Kerio Control 9.0.2, from 2 senders receive the same email with same id 20/40 times every time the sender send an email.

these senders use different internet connections, all checks are correct from mxtoolbox, no blacklist and no other settings are wrong.

any ideas ?

This seems to be a retransmission by the sender. Does the sender receive the final SMTP response from the server? I suggest to enable the SMTP messages in the debug log, and if possible, in Control. Is there another firewall apart from Control in the transport path?
