Hi,
what kind of solution do I have to connect a door opener and a doorbell to Kerio Operator?

We still plan to change our alcatel pbx again Kerio Operator.

Hi,

The best solution would be a SIP-based door intercom like the 2N Helios IP Uni.

If you already have an analog door intercom, you can connect it via an ATA device, like the SPA112.

There is some info on this page http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+phone+door with many options.
Make sure to use one's supporting SIP natively. Stay away from analog based systems using FXO connections.

The Chinese brands Escene and Fanvil have IP based door bells.
Escene without out Camera and Fanvil with Camera that can be combined with Full color IP phone with Android OS.
For Escene IP phones I have provisioning files, for Fanvil there aren't yet.
But they can be created to be me.
