how can I control speed to some IP addresses, hosts?
example - i`m watching videoregistration from my IP yy.yy.yy.yy address which going to xx.xx.xx.xx remote address for video, i wanna control speed only for xx.xx.xx.xx - what can i do with that?

tech support advised me "do traffic rule and add this to bandwidth control"
i did it - and nothing, i did content rule - and nothing

but if i add only ports in bandwidth control - it works fine, but i don`t want to control 80 ports.

what i doing wrong?

sorry if my english so bad Confused
