We've run into a problem with calendar reminders in Outlook 2016 on Windows. I have a user that needs calendar reminders to do their job properly. They use it sort of as a Tasks list. It has worked fine but recently this person needed to share her calendar with another employee. Since I configured sharing of her calendar, her reminders are very intermittent. The reoccurring items always show up but many of the individual items don't. I cleared her cache (maintenance) but that didn't solve it. I also created a new profile for her but that didn't work either.
Anyone have any tips on making this work? is there a file that can be edited in the users account that might resolve this? I had already reindexed her mailbox. That didn't solve it either.

the other person who sees her calendar is not dismissing any calendar reminders.
