Last night I changed over from an old Fortigate to a new set of Meraki Firewalls, and as of today, every email that comes through is being flagged as spam. As a temporary workaround, I've set my server to log to the security log instead of bouncing or putting mail in the junk folder in outlook, but this is not a desirable long term solution.

Previously, when the mail would come in the Kerio sever would see the old firewall's IP address (10.x.x.x address) and not care about the IP of the delivering mail server, but now it is seeing all of the mail come directly from the spam filter's IP and due to this is marking everything as spam. Is there an easy way to fix this in the Kerio dashboard?

Yes. either disable SPF check in Kerio Connect Spam Filter configuration (as it makes no sense because original sender IP address is replaced with IP address of your spam filter) or add the IP address of your spam filter to exception list in SPF configuration of Kerio Connect.
