I have a user (lml) who booked a room (m02).
She then deleted the booking. Expected to have the room reservation cleared.
But it is stil in the m02 calendar - and only there. She can not delete the event on behalf of m02 (alert is shown), while the reservation manager gets a different alert: that the event belongs to the organizer.
So she has lost control of the event. What to do?

Have the reservation manager for the room (verify it in the admin) delete the event using the webmail.

That worked. Thanks. Any hint as to why we could not do it in Apple Calendar?

Still no way to rename a resource? Other than deleting and recreating of course.

Apple calendar is sometimes pretty "sensitive" according to rights. I only knows read and read/write, but always respects the organizer of an event.

Kerio Connect Client can handle this more granular.
