Hi,
please check Your Dial plan (Status -> Dial Plan) if there is is emergency number(s) listed or if there is "..." record (probably at the end of the Dial plan).

Otherwise go to Settings -> Call Routing and find the "Emergency Numbers" at the right bottom corner and enable there all numbers and select proper lines to place calls through.

Have a nice day!

Not working.

Dial plan in the snom phone ;
!^sip:(.+)$|^(.+)$!sip:\1@\d!

Then another strange behaviour.
When caling 109 or 111 it is calling, but we don't have that extensions !

When calling 111, we got the person at extension 111 is not available.
We have no extension 111 !

Hi,

does the call make it to Operator or is it rejected by the snom?

You can check this in Operator's call history or by looking at the asterisk debug log.

Best,
Filip

Looks like there's no problem with the snom dial patterns. You need to check your emergency number handling, as proposed by Martin above. Please see this KB article: http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-operator/server-configurat ion-kerio-operator/setting-emergency-numbers-891.html

I can help you if you send me some debug data for analysis.
1. Enable debug logs: asterisk, asterisk(detailed).
2. Make a test call to demonstrate the issue.
3. Make another test call that works (for comparison).
4. Generate a support info file (link at the bottom of the System Health screen).
5. Export the debug log.

Send it all over to me <fjenicek<_at_>kerio.com>.

The request was declined by your sip provider. Make sure that the From number is correct. Otherwise please consult the situation with your provider. Some providers reject calls to 112 if their account is not configured with geographical information.
