One of our users had the following problem. In his Outlook profile are 5 kerio mail accounts. He uses a desktop pc and a laptop. The desktop pc has Office 2010 installed. The laptop has Office 2013. After starting Outlook yesterday morning another of his mail accounts was set as standard. Same on desktop pc and laptop. How is that possible? The computers were offline at the weekend.
The user has sent several emails yesterday. He changed the sender to the correct standard mail account everytime. But the mails were sent with the wrong mail account. The wrong account got the delivery and read notifications.
Our installed Kerio Connect version is 9.0.2 (749).
I would very appreciate your answers. I want to avoid this bug.

What do you mean by the standard account? Default account in profile configuration? Or address filled in From field? Address in From field depends on the folder that is selected in folder tree.
Nevertheless preset address shouldn't be important once the user selects other account in From field manually.
If you are sure that the user had set different account in From field than it was used eventually, it is probably a bug and I recommend to ask Kerio Tech Support for assistance.
