Hi kerio,

i have 4 new users since update to 2.4.6 build 5484.
and i was just called that these new 4 users are unable to transfer anonymous calls.
unless! a college transferred a anonymous call to the new users, then they are able to transfer/forward it.

as phone we use the Cisco SPA525g2-7.5.5a

all incoming calls go to a ringing group,
adter that the user picksup and is unable to transfer/forward the call.

all users that where created before the update to 2.4.6 are still able to transfer/forward the calls.

Hi!

Trying to reproduce this problem but without success... :-/

Please tell me from which version you upgraded to mentioned 2.4.6 (what was your prev. used version)?
And send me please support info (Status -> System health -> link "Support information" at the bottom of page, nearby the "Tasks" button) to msteinhauser (a) kerio.com address.

Thank you!

Martin
