Hi!

I switched today to the new 9.0.3 version. Problem: I've got few older WinXP clients (yea I know they're outdated of course) using KOFF - this worked so far very well. The new version doesn't support Win XP anymore or "no automatic upgrade". Just product upgrades via MSI installation packages.

Problem: Where's that package? How can I install the KOFF for Outlook >2003 under XP?

This page tells me it should run under XP.

Thanks!

Aye - Office 2003 isn't supported anymore. But if you turn off KOFF autoupdate you can still continue use XP, old 8.x KOFF and Office 2003 with Kerio 9.x!

OK, forget it - google gave the answear to the MSI:

https://www.kerio.de/file/kerio-connect-koff-win32.msi

But putting in a link somewhere (maybe under the "intergration with windows" section in the WI?!) would be helpful?! Smile

We were no more able to support automatic update of KOFF on WinXP. Usage of KOFF on WinXP is still supported in 9.0.3.

All packages of KOFF (including .msi) are always available in Support section of Kerio web pages (although I understand that the link on the Integration page would be more comfortable)
