Hi there,

we use Snom D725 Phones with activated Call Waiting Indication and BLF for each extension (some extension do also have a second Registration (10p1 for example) for a handset.

Every extension is in a Ringing Group (900).

Now, if an extension is in a call the BLF shows that it is in a call. but if a second call comes over the ringing group, the blf is blinking again, because of Call Waiting Indication and/or second registration.

Is there any way to configure ringing groups, that they do not call an extension if it is in a call? Just call if they are on-hook?

We also tried call queues for this condition, but the problem is, if a extension is in a call and hangs up, the extension does not receive the call again, only if i use the setting "redial agents if they don't answer", but if i set this, all other phones get each time the call retries, a missed call.

Is there any possibility to configure call queues like "if extension is available again, call"

Have you tried using the round robin strategy for the call queue?

round robin does not work in this condition, because we want, that all phones ring at the same time.
