Several different installations of Kerio Connect 9.0.3 are all experiencing the same problem with various Mac clients using Apple Mail.

A message arrives stating it has a PDF attachment and the attachment is not visible and cannot be saved.
Yet viewing the raw source of the message shows the code of the attachment is there.
The user cannot save the attachment out of Apple Mail. As far as the app is concerned the attachment is just not there.
Happens on 10.10.5 and 10.11.4.

If the user logs in to Kerio Connect web mail the PDF can be seen in the email message. It can be viewed, printed, saved and forwarded.

If the user forwards the message to himself, Apple Mail sees the attachment in the message.

(All installations of Kerio 9.0.3 that evidence this problem have the new Kerio Anti-Spam extension turned on).

Help!

Well, if you can provide more details there would be a better chance to help.
Is it IMAP or Exchange account in Apple Mail?
Any screenshot and .eml email source?

Thanks,

Just thought some other forum users may have had some guidance.

I have opened up a support ticket and sent in four different eml files from 3 different servers to the Kerio support rep.
