I created a ringing rule to forward calls to a cell phone. A call placed to that extension follows this ringing rule and the call completes correctly to the cell phone.

I then enabled "Use the above rules also for Ringing Groups and Call Queues". I put the extension in an existing working Ringing Group and placed a call. The cell phone rang and the call was answered, however, there was no audio in either direction.

Operator version is 2.4.5 build 5285

Any ideas?

can you capture the situation in a packet dump?

Assuming your Operator is behind NAT, you might need to forward the RTP port range to Operator, as there is no one to punch a hole in the NAT.

Also please make sure your network settings are correct - public ip address, local address range.
