Hi,

My server dropped out of maintenance. I purchased a license key, downloaded and am trying to install.

I can browse to the license.key file but nothing happens when I click OK.

Server is version 2.4.7 patch 1.
Please advise.

Thanks,

ft.

You should be able to activate the license number through the administration interface. http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-operator/registration-and- licenses/licenses-and-registrations-892.html

Thanks,

"Update registration info..." worked today.

"Installing license..." and selecting the license.key file did not work again today using the .key file I downloaded yesterday.

Perhaps there is a delay after applying the registration code at https://secure.kerio.com/reg/ ?

Anyway I am up and running, thanks.
