Hi there,

following configuration:

call Queue - Extension 666
strategy - ring all agents
timeout - unlimited
length - unlimited

agents - 26 and 14
wrap-up time - 1 second
redial - 99 minutes
ignore call forwarding - checked

callers can join the Queue

if for example Extension 26 is in a call and another call lands on 666, Extension 14 is ringing.
everything fine so far.

but if Extension 26 ends it's call, should it ring after 1 second (wrap-up time) again, but it does not.

is this a bug?

if i have only one Extension in the Queue it works like that.

redial agents does not work in this Situation, because for each redial we get a missed call on the phones.

the queues behave a bit differently than ring groups. The top caller in the queue is assigned to an available agent and the agent's phone starts ringing. If the queue strategy is set to RingAll, then all available agents will start ringing at once.

The queue will then wait for one of the agents to pickup the phone or until the redial timeout expires.

Now during that time, if another agent becomes available, there are two possibilities what can happen (sorry, I don't know for sure atm which one is correct):
a) nothing will happen,
b) or the next top caller will be assigned to all available agents and the agent will start ringing.

After the redial timeout, the whole process will repeat.
