Hi All

I have a client with a small office whereby all the phones are basically in the same room.

Im trying to work out a way to have all the phones monitor a single voicemail box, and display their little 'message' lights accordingly.

I've created a user called Voicemail and added it to the auto-attend script they use. It works fine via emailing the message out to a bunch of people, but I'd prefer there be a notification on the handsets themselves.

They are using Yealink T41P handsets.

Any ideas?

the T41P supports 6 accounts. Assuming the "Voicemail" user already has an extension, you may assign it to all your Yealink phones. You will need to create more registrations of the extension and configure each phone with one of them. Phones should then automatically subscribe to voicemail notifications and display them.
