I can't create new Certificate Request. That option is grayed.

How to troubleshoot this issue? How to create Certificate Request?

Hi Tomislav,

You cannot create a new request because your local authority is expired. Create a new authority and then you will be able to make new requests. Below is a link to the KB article with more information on the local authority etc...

Thank you Vicky. I have created a new local authority certificate and then I was able to create certificate request.
